You know how when you stop writing for so long that you feel like you sort of forget how to do it? Seriously, I have been in “new mommy” [read: slightly panicked and sleep deprived] mode for so long that I don’t know if I could put together two coherent sentences – but I am going to try. So here we go. I would like to tell you about some of my feelings and struggles in becoming a mother for the second time while concurrently managing a chronic condition.
This has been a period of adjustment and finding balance. Life with lymphedema is twice as interesting with two peanuts to take care of at home.
