Here’s the recap of my six-mile run.
- 1st mile – awesome, feeling positive, listening to great music, lots of energy.
- 2nd mile – pretty much the same as 1st mile.
- 3rd mile – feeling a little tired; wondering if today is the right day to attempt six miles; apprehensive; realized I didn’t eat breakfast (first time running without eating breakfast) and worried that this was a mistake. [Read more…]
